pjwin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or any other event constituting force majeure. In such circumstances, pjwin will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable.
You may close your pjwin account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any outstanding bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
pjwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; regulatory or legal requirement; account inactivity in accordance with the dormant account policy; or any other circumstance that pjwin reasonably determines warrants account closure.
